Mechanical Condition
Rebuilt To Spec. Tested Under Load.
Remanufactured is a mechanical standard, not a cleanup. Every drive system, motor, bearing and console is serviced and tested before the machine ships — and if a unit does not perform to specification, that is a warranty matter we handle.
Rebuilt On Every Unit
Standard on every machine — not only when a part is visibly failing.
- Drive belts, V-belts and treadmill walking belts replaced
- Cables replaced, or re-sleeved at the terminations where appropriate
- Bearings, bushings, pulleys and guide rods serviced or replaced
- Motors, control boards and consoles tested under load
- Frames and welds inspected for cracks, deformation and fatigue
- Bolts, pins and safety-critical fasteners replaced
Every unit runs a full operational cycle before packaging. Anything that fails the final check goes back through service rather than onto a truck.

The Seven Steps, Every Machine
The same process runs on every unit we sell as remanufactured, whatever the brand or the price.
-
01
Full Inspection And Diagnosis
Every unit is assessed frame to console before any work begins, so the rebuild is scoped to what the machine actually needs.
-
02
Complete Disassembly
The machine comes apart and is inspected part by part. Nothing gets judged from the outside.
-
03
Wear Parts Replaced
Drive belts, V-belts, walking belts, worn cables, bearings, bushings, grips and safety-critical hardware are replaced as standard — whether or not they still have life in them.
-
04
Frame And Weld Inspection
Every frame and weld is checked for cracks, deformation and fatigue, and rust is removed from all structural surfaces.
-
05
Electronics And Console Service
Motors, control boards, consoles, sensors and wiring are serviced and bench-tested before the machine goes back together.
-
06
Reassembly To Factory Spec
Rebuilt to the manufacturer's specification. Torn or structurally compromised upholstery is replaced and frames are refinished.
-
07
Tested Under Load And Certified
A full operational cycle under load, the way the machine will actually be used. Anything that fails the final check goes back through service rather than onto a truck.
The Three Questions We Get Asked Most
Straight answers on the cosmetic side. The complete condition list is in the guide at the bottom of this page.
Will the seats be torn?
No. Torn, cut or structurally compromised upholstery is replaced before the machine ships. Light cosmetic wear that has not affected structural support may remain.
Replaced before shipping
Will it look brand new?
Not always, and we would rather say so. Minor scratches, scuffs and dings can remain, touch-up paint may not match the original colour perfectly, and plastics and decals can show some yellowing.
Cosmetic, not structural
Is it really this thorough?
Every unit we sell as remanufactured runs the same process, whatever the brand or the price. Remanufactured is not used, and it is not a clean and a price tag.
Every unit, every time
The Core Promise
Every remanufactured unit that leaves our facility operates to full mechanical and electrical specification. If a unit does not perform to specification, that is a warranty matter and we will address it.

What people want to know before buying a rebuilt machine.
Refurbished usually means cleaned up and made presentable. Remanufactured means taken apart down to the frame, with worn parts repaired or replaced to factory spec, then reassembled and tested under load. We remanufacture — that is why we use the word.
One year parts and labor, backed by us, with extended coverage available. New and new open-box equipment carries the full manufacturer warranty instead.
Our goal is a condition as close to factory as possible. Upholstery, wear parts, and finish are addressed during the rebuild. If a specific unit has cosmetic history worth knowing about, ask us and we will tell you.
It varies by machine and brand, but it is consistently a fraction of new for the same commercial-grade equipment. Send us your list and we will price it both ways so you can see the gap on your actual build.
Commercial names you already know from gym floors — Hammer Strength, Precor, Matrix, Hoist, ProMaxima, Schwinn and others. Inventory moves, so check the current selection or ask us what is coming through.
Depends on whether the unit is already rebuilt and on the shelf or still going through the process. Each product page shows its own lead time indicator.
