New Equipment is covered with a comprehensive 180-Day Parts and Labor Warranty*.  This warranty covers any mechanical failure not related to preventative maintenance measures that may occur within the first 180 days of ownership.  The cost of the part and the labor to replace are covered by CTX Home Gyms. **

Refurbished

Our Refurbished units are remanufactured to be in a condition as close to factory as possible. Our refurbished machines are covered with a comprehensive 90-Day Parts and Labor Warranty*.  This warranty covers any mechanical failure not related to preventative maintenance measures that may occur within the first 90 days of ownership. The cost of the part and the labor to replace are covered by CTX Home Gyms.** 

Used

Although our "Used" equipment is fully operational, we do not refurbish these units, so we cannot offer warranties on this condition. "Used" equipment is a great way to get high quality commercial gym equipment in your home or gym at deep discounts. If you want the additional security and protection for your purchase, we recommend buying "New" or "Refurbished". 

*Our warranties do not cover minor squeaks or sounds.  Upon delivery or pickup, the customer is responsible for testing the machine and approving its mechanical and cosmetic condition.  After the machine leaves our care, we are not liable for returning to adjust anything beyond mechanical failures.

** Any failure that is deemed to be related to poor care or preventative maintenance of the machine is subject to approval for warranty reimbursement.  Machines are expected to be properly maintained and kept clean by the new owners.
