LOCAL DELIVERY OVERVIEW:  

Delivery Rates are calculated and added to the cart at checkout.  Delivery rate covers delivery into FIRST FLOOR GARAGE ONLY!  Additional charges apply for installation (if requiring disassembly), call (512) 781-1416 for details.  Please have driveway cleared on delivery date, as well as the area clear where the unit will be staged in the garage.  We need at least a 36" wide cleared path so please let us know in advance if there are any challenges or obstacles by emailing photos to delivery@ctxhomegyms.com

We cannot move furniture or do electrical work.  We will not leave until you are satisfied!

AVAILABILITY:  

Deliveries are made weekly and are regional.  Your order will be filled on the next relevant delivery date the week following your purchase.  Please have someone available all day to accept delivery.  If you aren’t able to arrange for someone to accept delivery, please speak with a team member to make other arrangements!
     

DELIVERY WINDOW:

Our delivery routes are compiled on a "route optimization" basis.  A two hour time frame will be provided the day prior to your delivery.  Please have your driveway and street clear allowing for safe curbside box truck access! 

RELEASE OF LIABILITY:

By accepting these terms and conditions, CTX Home Gyms is released from any liabilities including but not limited to: damage to any home furnishings, walls, baseboards, doors, etc during delivery.
