The StairMaster 10G Gauntlet Stepmill delivers a revolving 8-step staircase at 24–190 steps per minute across 25 levels, 8"×12"×22" step dimensions, 16" LCD with single SPM adjustment, Bluetooth connectivity, and telemetry and contact heart rate — 400 lb user capacity, 646 lb commercial frame. The revolving staircase format is the defining distinction between a stepmill and a stair-climbing machine with fixed pedals: on a stepmill, actual stair steps emerge from the bottom, are climbed, and recirculate — the user is always stepping onto a new step at the correct foot height rather than pushing a fixed pedal platform down. This produces a true stair-climbing biomechanical pattern — hip extension, knee drive, and ankle plantarflexion in sequence — which loads the glutes, hamstrings, and calves through a more complete range of motion than step-based or pedal-based alternatives. The 8"×12"×22" step dimensions (8" rise, 12" deep tread, 22" wide) match commercial staircase standards closely, which is why the Gauntlet is used in first-responder and military conditioning programs. Single-step-per-minute adjustment on the 16" console allows precise intensity dialing at any point in a session without overshooting the target rate. Bluetooth enables workout tracking, BLE headphone pairing, and heart rate integration.

Handrail-mounted stop button and level controls. USB charging port. 9" step-up height. 646 lb StairMaster commercial frame, 63" × 34" footprint, 83" unit height. Remanufactured.

Revolving 8-Step Staircase — True Stair-Climbing Biomechanics

16" LCD · Single SPM Adjust · 25 Levels · 24–190 SPM
Single-step-per-minute adjustment on the 16" console allows precise intensity dialing without overshooting target rate. 25 levels spanning 24–190 steps per minute covers slow recovery climbs through near-sprint conditioning. Handrail-mounted stop button and level controls keep hands on rails without breaking stride during adjustments.
Bluetooth · Telemetry · Contact HR · USB Charging
Bluetooth enables workout tracking integration, BLE headphone pairing, and heart rate monitoring without a chest strap. Telemetry and contact heart rate monitoring provide two fallback paths for heart rate data. USB charging port keeps devices powered during sessions. 400 lb user capacity.
