We’re here for the long run — we stock parts, offer service support, and can help with repairs or upgrades whenever you need them. Plus, we have a
network of trusted technicians covering every zip code in the country, so help is always close by if you ever need it.

We get it — things happen. Reach out and we’ll do what we can to adjust your order if it hasn’t shipped yet. After shipping, orders cannot be cancelled.

30-Day Returns & Exchanges. You have 30 days from delivery to return your equipment or exchange it for a different size, color or configuration.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and a 15% restocking fee applies to preference returns and exchanges. Freight items have to go back packaged to the same standard they arrived in — we'll tell you exactly what that means before anything is collected.

Anything that arrives damaged or fails under warranty is handled separately and carries no restocking fee. Submit a warranty request with your order number and details about the issue.

Used equipment sold as-is is the one exception: those sales are final. Full terms are in our Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy.

To report a defective or damaged item, please submit a warranty request through our Warranty Request Form at ctxhomegyms.com/warranty. Provide
your order information and details about the issue, and our support team will reach out to resolve the problem.

If your shipment arrives with freight damage, please inspect the item upon delivery and document any damages with clear photos. Notate any issues on
the Bill of Lading and submit a claim through our dedicated portal at ctxhomegyms.com/freight-claim. Our team is committed to resolving any
issues promptly. NOTE: We cannot help with freight claims if there is no notation of damage on the Bill of Lading at delivery.
