Every machine starts with 1 year of parts and labour. BAG Care+ extends that, up to three years of coverage in total.
Parts And Labour
Mechanical and electrical coverage carries on through the extended term. Same standard, same claim process, no deductible.
New And Remanufactured
Available on new, new open-box and remanufactured equipment. Used and as-is machines are sold without coverage and cannot be extended.
Buy It Before It Ships
BAG Care+ has to be on the order before the equipment leaves us. It cannot be added once the machine has shipped.
Two Things Worth Knowing
Consoles stay at year one. Every console and electronic display is covered for the first year across all equipment types. BAG Care+ extends the mechanical and electrical coverage behind it, not the console itself.
Consumables stay at year one too. Walking belts, drive belts, overlays, grips and rubber feet are wear items rather than defects, so they are covered in year one and not beyond it.
Everything else in the warranty works exactly as it does in year one: same coverage, same claim process, same team. The full terms are in the document below.
