Delivery options
Your item’s shipping method and price are confirmed in the shipping calculator and at checkout. Here is what each delivery path means.
Items weighing 149 lb or less ship by ground parcel rather than freight.
Your equipment is palletized and protected. The freight carrier schedules delivery, then uses a liftgate to lower it to your curb or driveway. Moving it inside and unpacking it are up to you.
When selected and available for your address, the delivery team brings the equipment into the room, assembles and tests it, then removes the packaging.
For commercial builds and multi-pallet orders, a dedicated trailer keeps the full order together in one delivery. We confirm the unloading plan before the truck ships.
Change your mind within 30 days of delivery and you can return the machine or exchange it for a different size, color or configuration.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility and a 15% restocking fee applies to preference returns and exchanges. Freight items must go back packaged to the same standard they arrived in — we will tell you exactly what that means before anything is collected.
Anything that arrives damaged or fails under warranty is handled separately and carries no restocking fee. Full terms are in our Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy.
Coverage and accessories have to go on the same booking as the machine. Add them here and they travel together.
Commercial-grade equipment, inspected and supported by warranty.
The Rogue GH-1 Glute Ham Developer is built for glute-ham raises, back extensions, and core stabilization with adjustable foot plate and ankle rollers, wide base, and heavy-duty steel construction — 195 lb commercial frame, 68.5" × 45" footprint. The glute-ham raise is the defining exercise of the GHD and one of the most demanding posterior chain movements available without external loading: the user anchors their feet in the ankle rollers, starts prone with the hips at the pad edge, and uses the hamstrings and glutes to pull the body from horizontal to vertical — a movement that loads the hamstrings through both their knee flexion and hip extension functions simultaneously. This dual-function loading is rare: nearly all hamstring exercises load either the knee flexion function (leg curl) or the hip extension function (Romanian deadlift), not both at the same time. The adjustable foot plate and ankle roller position accommodate different leg lengths and allow the pivot point to be set precisely at the user's hip, which determines how much of the movement is hamstring-dominant versus glute-dominant. Rogue's wide base keeps the GH-1 stable through the dynamic momentum of high-rep glute-ham raises.
Back extension and hip extension exercises also supported from the same setup. 195 lb Rogue commercial frame, 68.5" × 45" footprint. Remanufactured.
