When selected and available for your address, the delivery team brings the equipment into the room, assembles and tests it, then removes the packaging.
Full truckload
For commercial builds and multi-pallet orders, a dedicated trailer keeps the full order together in one delivery. We confirm the unloading plan before the truck ships.

Used equipment is sold as-is with no warranty coverage, and is described honestly before you buy. We service nationwide - every ZIP code in the country - so coverage travels with the machine.
30-Day Returns & Exchanges
Change your mind within 30 days of delivery and you can return the machine or exchange it for a different size, color or configuration.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility and a 15% restocking fee applies to preference returns and exchanges. Freight items must go back packaged to the same standard they arrived in — we will tell you exactly what that means before anything is collected.

The Precor TRM 954i Treadmill delivers Ground Effects® Impact Control (GFX), Integrated Footplant Technology® (IFT), commercial-grade motor and frame, 0–12 mph speed, 0–15% incline, and Experience Console with quick-start options and workout tracking — 450 lb commercial frame, 88"×35" footprint. The TRM 954i shares the same 88"×35" footprint and Experience Console as the TRM 956i — the same extended deck length, same GFX and IFT dual-impact-reduction technology, and same 12 mph / 15% incline performance range — at 450 lb versus the TRM 956i's 508 lb. The 58 lb weight difference reflects a slightly lower motor and frame specification, appropriate for commercial environments with moderate-to-high traffic rather than the maximum-use institutional settings the 956i is engineered for. Both the 954i and 956i sit above the 83"-long TRM 700/800 series (400–430 lb) in frame mass and deck length, giving them the same advantages for taller users and longer running strides at speed.
