Delivery options
Your item’s shipping method and price are confirmed in the shipping calculator and at checkout. Here is what each delivery path means.
Items weighing 149 lb or less ship by ground parcel rather than freight.
Your equipment is palletized and protected. The freight carrier schedules delivery, then uses a liftgate to lower it to your curb or driveway. Moving it inside and unpacking it are up to you.
When selected and available for your address, the delivery team brings the equipment into the room, assembles and tests it, then removes the packaging.
For commercial builds and multi-pallet orders, a dedicated trailer keeps the full order together in one delivery. We confirm the unloading plan before the truck ships.
Change your mind within 30 days of delivery and you can return the machine or exchange it for a different size, color or configuration.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility and a 15% restocking fee applies to preference returns and exchanges. Freight items must go back packaged to the same standard they arrived in — we will tell you exactly what that means before anything is collected.
Anything that arrives damaged or fails under warranty is handled separately and carries no restocking fee. Full terms are in our Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy.
Coverage and accessories have to go on the same booking as the machine. Add them here and they travel together.
Commercial-grade equipment, inspected and supported by warranty.
The Precor RBK 815 Recumbent Bike delivers smooth quiet magnetic resistance, step-through frame, ergonomic lumbar-support seat, self-powered operation, and Experience Console with intuitive workout feedback — 190 lb commercial frame, 67"×23" footprint. The RBK 815 shares the same overall length and width as the RBK 865 (67"×23") in a lighter 190 lb frame versus the 865's 219 lb, reflecting the Experience-line positioning relative to the 865's two-stage drive and Air Flex backrest specification. Magnetic resistance is the mechanism specification that determines the RBK 815's quiet, smooth feel: magnetic resistance brakes apply a non-contact eddy current field to the flywheel rather than a friction pad, which means there is no mechanical contact between the resistance element and the spinning flywheel. No mechanical contact means no wear surface, no maintenance requirement for the resistance mechanism itself, and no sound from contact friction — the bike runs quietly even at high resistance settings. The ergonomic seat with lumbar support is specifically engineered for the recumbent position where the user's back is in contact with the pad for the entire session duration: lumbar support maintains the spine's natural inward curve at the lower back rather than allowing it to flatten against a straight pad, which is the postural difference between a seat that is comfortable for a 45-minute session and one that causes lower back fatigue by 20 minutes. Self-powered operation requires no outlet, allowing the RBK 815 to be placed anywhere on the training floor.
Step-through frame for easy entry and exit. Experience Console with clear workout feedback for all experience levels. 190 lb Precor RBK 815 commercial recumbent bike, 67"×23" footprint. Remanufactured.
