30-Day Returns & Exchanges
Change your mind within 30 days of delivery and you can return the machine or exchange it for a different size, color or configuration.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility and a 15% restocking fee applies to preference returns and exchanges. Freight items must go back packaged to the same standard they arrived in — we will tell you exactly what that means before anything is collected.
Anything that arrives damaged or fails under warranty is handled separately and carries no restocking fee. Full terms are in our Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy.

The Precor Icarian® FTS Functional Training System uses a 2:1 lift ratio on dual 200 lb independent stacks — the 2:1 ratio halves the effective cable load relative to the stack weight, enabling precise low-load control for athletic speed work and rehabilitation alongside full-strength training up to 200 lb effective resistance per side. Twenty-four pulley carriage positions span the full column height to accommodate exercises from low cable deadlifts through high cable pulls for any user size.
A centrally positioned pull-up bar adds bodyweight pulling work to the system without increasing the footprint. Icarian® 2" × 4" bent-steel frame construction — the same heavy-gauge tubing spec found throughout the Icarian commercial line — delivers the structural rigidity for sustained dual-user operation in high-traffic professional environments. 840 lb, 98" × 58". Remanufactured.

Driveway Delivery
- We palletize and protect your equipment, then ship it with a vetted freight carrier anywhere in the lower 48. The driver lowers the pallet to ground level at your curb or driveway, and moving it inside is left to you.
Inside Delivery & Assembly
- Our full-service option, available wherever we deliver. We bring your equipment into the room of your choice on the first floor, assemble it, test it, and take the packaging away with us.
Warehouse Pickup
- Prefer to handle it yourself? Collect your order from our Jarrell, TX warehouse at no cost. Weekdays by appointment, and you will need a trailer or a pickup truck. We will help you load up and get you on your way.
1. Which selectorized lower-body machines are essential?
Leg extension, leg curl, and seated leg press are are top sellers and most common in gyms.
2. How do I adjust range of motion?
Most machines have adjustable backrests and pivot points; use numbered markers for consistency.
3. Do they require floor mounting?
Not required, but it never hurts; ensure a level surface and clear 3′ around the machine.
4. What financing options exist?

5. Are replacement parts available?
Yes—Build A Gym stocks common cables, pulleys, and bushings for quick maintenance.

4. Does the equipment arrive assembled?
Depends on the item. New equipment typically ships unassembled and crated. Remanufactured cardio and strength typically ship fully assembled on a pallet - exceptions may apply on certain machines. Contact us for more information regarding a specific item. Choosing Inside Delivery & Assembly guarantees full assembly in the room of your choice.
5. How long until my order ships?
Lead times vary by item and condition. Every product is marked with a "ship time" at the top of the product page.
