Your equipment is palletized and protected. The freight carrier schedules delivery, then uses a liftgate to lower it to your curb or driveway. Moving it inside and unpacking it are up to you.
Inside delivery & assembly
When selected and available for your address, the delivery team brings the equipment into the room, assembles and tests it, then removes the packaging.
Full truckload
For commercial builds and multi-pallet orders, a dedicated trailer keeps the full order together in one delivery. We confirm the unloading plan before the truck ships.

30-Day Returns & Exchanges
Change your mind within 30 days of delivery and you can return the machine or exchange it for a different size, color or configuration.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility and a 15% restocking fee applies to preference returns and exchanges. Freight items must go back packaged to the same standard they arrived in — we will tell you exactly what that means before anything is collected.

The Precor EFX 833 Lower Body Elliptical delivers Converging CrossRamp® (10°–35°), fixed handlebars for isolated lower body focus, 20 resistance levels (18–720 watts), variable stride 21"–25" with ramp, contact heart rate, and P31 LED console — 340 lb commercial frame, 80"×30" footprint. The EFX 833 is the lower-body fixed-handlebar version of the EFX 835 — same frame, same CrossRamp® technology, same P31 console, with fixed handlebars rather than moving. The variable stride length (21"–25") is a detail specific to the 833 that is not available on the EFX 863: as the CrossRamp® ramp angle increases from 10° to 35°, the effective stride length grows from 21" to 25". This is the "converging" geometry in practice — at higher ramp angles the pedal arc stretches longer, which more closely replicates the extended stride of uphill running or stair climbing. A 21" stride at 10° feels closer to a walking cadence; a 25" stride at 35° feels closer to a climbing stride. The fixed handlebar design concentrates all cardiovascular and muscular output in the lower body — 100% of the 18–720 watt output range comes from the legs, making the EFX 833 the appropriate choice for lower body endurance protocols, cycling cross-training, and rehabilitation programs where upper body exclusion is intentional.
