Product details

Commercial-grade equipment, inspected and supported by warranty.

The Precor Discovery Series Vertical Knee Up is a dual-function bodyweight station for vertical knee raises, leg raises, and dips — extra-thick contoured elbow pads, supportive back pad, integrated dip handles, secondary stability tubing, and non-skid step-up guards — 201 lb frame, 350 lb user capacity, 27"×43" footprint. The extra-thick elbow pad specification matters specifically for knee raise volume: elbow pads that are too thin concentrate the full body weight at a narrow contact area on the ulna, which becomes uncomfortable quickly during higher-rep sets and causes users to terminate the set from elbow discomfort rather than ab fatigue. Thick, contoured pads distribute contact pressure across the entire forearm from elbow to wrist, allowing users to stay in the station longer and complete the rep range that actually develops core strength. The back pad serves a stabilization function rather than a comfort one: during hanging knee raises performed without back support, the pelvis tends to rotate forward as the user compensates for balance by pressing the back against nothing — which reduces abdominal range of motion and turns the movement into a hip flexor exercise. The back pad gives the pelvis something to brace against, maintaining posterior pelvic tilt through the raise and keeping the rectus abdominis in the loaded range. Integrated dip handles convert the station to a triceps and chest movement without requiring a separate piece of equipment.

Non-skid step-up guards for safe entry and exit. Secondary frame tubing for structural rigidity under dynamic loads. 201 lb Precor Discovery commercial frame, 350 lb user capacity, 27"×43" footprint. Remanufactured.

The back pad gives the pelvis something to brace against during raises, maintaining posterior pelvic tilt and keeping the rectus abdominis in the loaded range rather than allowing the movement to default to hip flexors.
Integrated Dip Handles · Secondary Tubing · Non-Skid Step Guards
Integrated dip handles convert the station to a triceps and chest movement without a separate piece of equipment — two upper-body training modalities in one compact footprint. Secondary frame tubing maintains structural rigidity under the dynamic loads of high-rep knee raises and dips. Non-skid step-up guards provide safe entry and exit for the 350 lb user capacity range.
