A built-in placard walks users through correct positioning for each major muscle group, making it accessible for independent use without a trainer present.
Ergonomic handlebars and wrist straps support safe, controlled stretching across all positions, while the comfortable seat keeps the user stable throughout the full range of movements. At 60 lb with a 51" × 26" footprint, the 240i adds a dedicated recovery and mobility station to any facility without claiming significant floor space.
