Change your mind within 30 days of delivery and you can return the machine or exchange it for a different size, color or configuration.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility and a 15% restocking fee applies to preference returns and exchanges. Freight items must go back packaged to the same standard they arrived in — we will tell you exactly what that means before anything is collected.

The Precor 240i Stretch Trainer is a dedicated assisted stretching station that guides users through targeted stretches for the hamstrings, quadriceps, upper and lower back, hips, and shoulders — all from a single seated platform. A built-in placard walks users through correct positioning for each major muscle group, making it accessible for independent use without a trainer present.
Ergonomic handlebars and wrist straps support safe, controlled stretching across all positions, while the comfortable seat keeps the user stable throughout the full range of movements. At 60 lb with a 51" × 26" footprint, the 240i adds a dedicated recovery and mobility station to any facility without claiming significant floor space. Driveway Delivery
- We palletize and protect your equipment, then ship it with a vetted freight carrier anywhere in the lower 48. The driver lowers the pallet to ground level at your curb or driveway, and moving it inside is left to you.
Inside Delivery & Assembly
- Our full-service option, available wherever we deliver. We bring your equipment into the room of your choice on the first floor, assemble it, test it, and take the packaging away with us.
Warehouse Pickup
- Prefer to handle it yourself? Collect your order from our Jarrell, TX warehouse at no cost. Weekdays by appointment, and you will need a trailer or a pickup truck. We will help you load up and get you on your way.
1. Who is a stretch trainer or reformer actually for?
Anyone whose training is limited by mobility rather than strength - older members, desk-bound clients, and athletes managing hip or shoulder restriction. Guided, supported stretching lets someone reach end range safely without a partner or an instructor holding them.
2. How much floor space should I allow?
Plan for the machine footprint plus roughly 2 ft of clear space on the entry side and at the foot end, so a user can get on and off and the carriage or pads can travel their full range. Exact dimensions for this unit are listed in the specs above.
3. Does it need power?
No. Stretch trainers and Pilates reformers are entirely user-powered, so you can place one anywhere without planning a circuit for it.
4. What maintenance does it need?
Very little - wipe the upholstery down after use, and check the springs, straps, ropes and carriage wheels every few months for wear. There is no motor, belt or console to service, which is why these units hold up for decades.
5. Is it covered by a warranty?
Every remanufactured unit ships with 1 Year Parts & Labor coverage, with an extended plan available. Used, as-is units are sold without warranty coverage and are labeled that way on the page.

4. Does the equipment arrive assembled?
Depends on the item. New equipment typically ships unassembled and crated. Remanufactured cardio and strength typically ship fully assembled on a pallet - exceptions may apply on certain machines. Contact us for more information regarding a specific item. Choosing Inside Delivery & Assembly guarantees full assembly in the room of your choice.
5. How long until my order ships?
