30-Day Returns & Exchanges
Change your mind within 30 days of delivery and you can return the machine or exchange it for a different size, color or configuration.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility and a 15% restocking fee applies to preference returns and exchanges. Freight items must go back packaged to the same standard they arrived in — we will tell you exactly what that means before anything is collected.
Anything that arrives damaged or fails under warranty is handled separately and carries no restocking fee. Full terms are in our Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy.

The Octane Fitness xRide XR6000 is a recumbent elliptical built around PowerStroke Technology — an exclusive extended motion pattern that challenges more muscles and increases calorie burn by approximately 23% compared to standard recumbent bikes. The active seat position is set at a 45-degree angle to open the hip flexors and torso, delivering a greater range of motion than a traditional upright or recumbent setup allows.
An adjustable stride length from 18" to 26", 20 height and 5 tilt seat adjustments, and patented MultiGrip handlebars combine to make this one of the most customizable cardio machines available at this price point. - Our full-service option, available wherever we deliver. We bring your equipment into the room of your choice on the first floor, assemble it, test it, and take the packaging away with us.
Warehouse Pickup
- Prefer to handle it yourself? Collect your order from our Jarrell, TX warehouse at no cost. Weekdays by appointment, and you will need a trailer or a pickup truck. We will help you load up and get you on your way.

Depends on the item. New equipment typically ships unassembled and crated. Remanufactured cardio and strength typically ship fully assembled on a pallet - exceptions may apply on certain machines.
