The Nautilus HumanSport Total Delts is a highly versatile, selectorized shoulder training system designed to deliver natural, intuitive movement that adapts to every user. Built around the HumanSport philosophy, this machine feels custom-fit by allowing user-defined motion paths rather than forcing fixed movement patterns—making it ideal for performance training and high-traffic commercial environments.
This dual-function, cable-based unit uses dual weight stacks to create multiple mid- and low-pulley shoulder exercises within a single footprint. A foldaway seat expands training versatility, enabling seated supported, seated unstable, and standing exercise positions. Users can perform a wide range of shoulder movements including rows, rear deltoids, lateral raises, frontal raises, shoulder flexion, and both internal and external shoulder rotation. Adjustable knee pad support enhances stability when lifting heavier loads, while unilateral or bilateral training allows athletes to address imbalances and build coordinated strength.
Dual selectorized weight stacks operate on a smooth 2:1 pulley ratio and feature Nautilus’ Lock N Load® system. Universally color-coded switches engage resistance internally, eliminating traditional selector pins for a safer, quieter, and lower-maintenance experience.

- Our full-service option, available wherever we deliver. We bring your equipment into the room of your choice on the first floor, assemble it, test it, and take the packaging away with us.
Warehouse Pickup
- Prefer to handle it yourself? Collect your order from our Jarrell, TX warehouse at no cost. Weekdays by appointment, and you will need a trailer or a pickup truck. We will help you load up and get you on your way.
