It also supports multiple shoulder pressing patterns such as frontal plane press, sagittal plane press, and rotational press. A drop-down seat expands training versatility by enabling effective standing press variations. Users can train unilaterally or bilaterally, allowing for balanced strength development and individualized movement patterns.

Dual weight stacks operate on a smooth 2:1 pulley ratio and utilize Nautilus’ Lock N Load® design. This system uses universally color-coded selector switches that engage or disengage resistance internally—eliminating traditional selector pins for a safer, quieter, and lower-maintenance training experience.
