The Nautilus HumanSport Arm Crunch is a highly versatile, selectorized strength machine engineered for natural, standing-based core and arm training. Designed without a traditional seat, this machine encourages upright movement patterns that feel intuitive and customizable, making it ideal for performance-focused facilities and high-traffic commercial gyms.
Adjustable lumbar pads provide stabilization during abdominal movements, allowing users to generate powerful, controlled crunching motions while maintaining proper alignment. The cable-based design supports multiple arm curling variations—including pronated, supinated, and hammer curls—expanding the machine’s functionality beyond traditional core training. Abdominal crunch straps can also be used for overhead triceps extensions, further increasing exercise variety.
Dual weight stacks operate on a smooth 2:1 pulley ratio and support both unilateral and bilateral training. Assisted adjustments with a gas-assist shock make setup quick and user-friendly, ensuring seamless transitions between exercises and users.
