The Life Fitness Signature Series Plate Loaded Calf Raise isolates the gastrocnemius and soleus through a standing calf raise with angled shoulder pads that distribute load evenly across the upper back and traps — keeping the torso upright and the calves under direct, consistent tension through the full range of dorsiflexion to plantarflexion. A non-slip foot platform keeps the user stable throughout the movement regardless of load.
Plate-loaded resistance removes any stack ceiling, allowing progressive overload to continue as calf strength develops over time. Heavy-duty steel construction and a compact 61" × 29" footprint make this machine a practical addition to commercial strength floors and high-end home gyms where dedicated lower-leg training is a priority. - We palletize and protect your equipment, then ship it with a vetted freight carrier anywhere in the lower 48. The driver lowers the pallet to ground level at your curb or driveway, and moving it inside is left to you.
Inside Delivery & Assembly
- Our full-service option, available wherever we deliver. We bring your equipment into the room of your choice on the first floor, assemble it, test it, and take the packaging away with us.
Warehouse Pickup
- Prefer to handle it yourself? Collect your order from our Jarrell, TX warehouse at no cost. Weekdays by appointment, and you will need a trailer or a pickup truck. We will help you load up and get you on your way.
1. How much clearance do I need behind the machine?
Leave at least 3′ behind for full sled travel and safe mounting/dismounting.
2. Is professional assembly included?
Not by default, but Inside Delivery & Assembly covers it. Choose that option in the shipping calculator or at checkout.
3. How do I maintain moving parts?
Clean rails monthly and apply a light silicone lubricant to moving components every few months.

Depends on the item. New equipment typically ships unassembled and crated. Remanufactured cardio and strength typically ship fully assembled on a pallet - exceptions may apply on certain machines.
