The Life Fitness Leg Raise uses a flexible domed back pad that conforms to the natural curvature of the spine throughout the full leg raise arc — supporting complete extension at the start position and enhanced lumbar support at peak contraction. Most leg raise stations use a flat rigid back pad that forces users into a single fixed position; the domed flexible design moves with the body through the movement, maintaining proper lumbar alignment from bottom to top of every rep.
Angled elbow cushions and ergonomic handles keep the upper body correctly positioned and stable during intense sets, and foot platforms positioned 11.75" above ground make entry and exit straightforward for users of varying heights. 140 lb commercial-grade frame, 300 lb max user weight, 46" × 33" footprint. Remanufactured.

Driveway Delivery
- We palletize and protect your equipment, then ship it with a vetted freight carrier anywhere in the lower 48. The driver lowers the pallet to ground level at your curb or driveway, and moving it inside is left to you.
Inside Delivery & Assembly
- Our full-service option, available wherever we deliver. We bring your equipment into the room of your choice on the first floor, assemble it, test it, and take the packaging away with us.
Warehouse Pickup
- Prefer to handle it yourself? Collect your order from our Jarrell, TX warehouse at no cost. Weekdays by appointment, and you will need a trailer or a pickup truck. We will help you load up and get you on your way.
1. What's the difference between utility and flat benches?
Utility benches are upright typically, flat benches remain level for presses and rows.
2. How much floor space do I need?
Reserve a 4′ × 2′ area with an extra foot on each side for movement.
3. Are flat benches compatible with Smith machines?
Yes—most flat benches fit under Smith bars; verify width in product specs.
4. Do benches come with a warranty?
New benches: OEM warranty; remanufactured: 6–12 month Build A Gym Guarantee.

Depends on the item. New equipment typically ships unassembled and crated. Remanufactured cardio and strength typically ship fully assembled on a pallet - exceptions may apply on certain machines.
