Delivery options
Your item’s shipping method and price are confirmed in the shipping calculator and at checkout. Here is what each delivery path means.
Items weighing 149 lb or less ship by ground parcel rather than freight.
Your equipment is palletized and protected. The freight carrier schedules delivery, then uses a liftgate to lower it to your curb or driveway. Moving it inside and unpacking it are up to you.
When selected and available for your address, the delivery team brings the equipment into the room, assembles and tests it, then removes the packaging.
For commercial builds and multi-pallet orders, a dedicated trailer keeps the full order together in one delivery. We confirm the unloading plan before the truck ships.
Change your mind within 30 days of delivery and you can return the machine or exchange it for a different size, color or configuration.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility and a 15% restocking fee applies to preference returns and exchanges. Freight items must go back packaged to the same standard they arrived in — we will tell you exactly what that means before anything is collected.
Anything that arrives damaged or fails under warranty is handled separately and carries no restocking fee. Full terms are in our Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy.
Coverage and accessories have to go on the same booking as the machine. Add them here and they travel together.
Commercial-grade equipment, inspected and supported by warranty.
The Intenza Stepmill with 550 Series e2+ Console delivers adjustable step heights 4"–7.7", incline training at 20°–40°, 21.3" step width, 10.2" step depth, four advanced safety mechanisms including infrared safety stop and emergency stop, 400 lb user capacity, and 550 Series e2+ console — 76"×34" footprint, 84" machine height. The adjustable step height (4"–7.7") is the specification that most directly determines the biomechanics of the climbing movement and who can use the machine safely and effectively. A 4" step height produces a movement closer to walking cadence — appropriate for users with limited hip flexion range, shorter legs, or rehabilitation protocols where a full step height would stress the hip and knee joints beyond the comfortable range. A 7.7" step height produces a full climbing stride that maximally loads the glutes, hamstrings, and calves through the complete step arc. Having the full range adjustable per user means the Intenza stepmill is genuinely programmable for both rehabilitation and high-intensity conditioning without a separate machine for each population. The incline training at 20°–40° is a distinct feature from most stepmills, which step on a fixed horizontal plane: the incline option tilts the stepping platform so the user is climbing at an angle rather than straight up, which shifts loading toward the glutes and posterior chain at higher angles and toward the quads at lower angles — similar to the CrossRamp principle on Precor ellipticals but applied to a stepping motion. Four safety mechanisms including an infrared safety stop — which detects the user stepping off or moving away from the active step zone and halts the machine automatically — provide a meaningful safety envelope for high-intensity stepping at tall step heights.
