Full truckload
For commercial builds and multi-pallet orders, a dedicated trailer keeps the full order together in one delivery. We confirm the unloading plan before the truck ships.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility and a 15% restocking fee applies to preference returns and exchanges. Freight items must go back packaged to the same standard they arrived in — we will tell you exactly what that means before anything is collected.

The adjustable step height (4"–7.7") is the specification that most directly determines the biomechanics of the climbing movement and who can use the machine safely and effectively. A 4" step height produces a movement closer to walking cadence — appropriate for users with limited hip flexion range, shorter legs, or rehabilitation protocols where a full step height would stress the hip and knee joints beyond the comfortable range. A 7.7" step height produces a full climbing stride that maximally loads the glutes, hamstrings, and calves through the complete step arc. Having the full range adjustable per user means the Intenza stepmill is genuinely programmable for both rehabilitation and high-intensity conditioning without a separate machine for each population.
