Return shipping is the customer's responsibility and a 15% restocking fee applies to preference returns and exchanges. Freight items must go back packaged to the same standard they arrived in — we will tell you exactly what that means before anything is collected.

The Hoist Fitness Seated Preacher Curl Bench uses a 60° arm pad angle with seven ratcheting seat positions and two bar rack-out locations — the 60° arm pad angle is the specific design specification that distinguishes this bench from a standard 45° preacher pad. At 60°, the forearm is positioned more vertically at the start of the curl, which loads the bicep more consistently through the mid-range and reduces the elbow hyperextension risk at the bottom that steeper angled pads create. Seven ratcheting seat positions lock securely without slipping, accommodating users from short through tall with correct arm pad contact height.
Two bar rack-out positions for flexible starting and finishing height. Polyurethane rack-outs protect bar and frame. 600 lb maximum exercise weight capacity. 87 lb compact commercial frame, 46.70" × 33.69" footprint. Remanufactured.

Driveway Delivery
- We palletize and protect your equipment, then ship it with a vetted freight carrier anywhere in the lower 48. The driver lowers the pallet to ground level at your curb or driveway, and moving it inside is left to you.
Inside Delivery & Assembly
- Our full-service option, available wherever we deliver. We bring your equipment into the room of your choice on the first floor, assemble it, test it, and take the packaging away with us.
Warehouse Pickup
- Prefer to handle it yourself? Collect your order from our Jarrell, TX warehouse at no cost. Weekdays by appointment, and you will need a trailer or a pickup truck. We will help you load up and get you on your way.

Utility benches are upright typically, flat benches remain level for presses and rows.
2. How much floor space do I need?
Reserve a 4′ × 2′ area with an extra foot on each side for movement.
3. Are flat benches compatible with Smith machines?
Yes—most flat benches fit under Smith bars; verify width in product specs.
4. Do benches come with a warranty?
New benches: OEM warranty; remanufactured: 6–12 month Build A Gym Guarantee.

Depends on the item. New equipment typically ships unassembled and crated. Remanufactured cardio and strength typically ship fully assembled on a pallet - exceptions may apply on certain machines. 5. How long until my order ships?
