The HOIST® HD Series Lat Pulldown / Mid Row combines two essential upper-body pulling movements into a single space-efficient selectorized station — a telescoping chest and back pad with integrated thigh hold-down supports both lat pulldowns and mid-row exercises from the same seat, eliminating the need for two separate machines on the floor.
An ultra-lite aluminum lat bar is included for pulldown work, while dual position hand grips cover both pulling angles for mid-row exercises. Silent Steel® weight stacks reduce noise during exercise, Easy Glide™ inserts make pad adjustments smooth and tool-free, and a ratcheting seat system delivers fast, secure positioning between users. Built on a 2" × 4" steel primary framework and remanufactured to commercial performance standard.
