The Hoist Club Line Standing / Prone Leg Curl provides two hamstring curl positions — standing and prone — with unilateral and bilateral prone options, a self-adjusting roller pad, and Slide Select System resistance in 5 lb increments. The standing and prone positions load the hamstrings differently because of the hip position: in the prone curl the hip is in extension, which shortens the hamstring's proximal attachment and reduces the stretch at the start of the curl — producing a higher peak contraction. In the standing curl the hip is in a more neutral position, which allows a greater initial stretch of the hamstring before the curl begins. Having both positions in a single machine allows targeted loading of both the stretch-dominated and contraction-dominated portions of hamstring strength without needing two separate machines. The self-adjusting roller pad aligns automatically to the lower leg without manual setup between different user heights.

Stabilizing grips positioned for both exercise variations. Prone position supports bilateral or unilateral training. Slide Select System for quiet, fluid resistance. 550 lb commercial Hoist frame, 62.75" × 42.75" footprint. Remanufactured.

Standing & Prone Positions — Two Hamstring Loading Profiles
Standing and prone positions load the hamstrings differently due to hip angle. In the prone position the hip is in extension, shortening the proximal hamstring attachment and increasing peak contraction. Standing keeps the hip more neutral, allowing greater initial hamstring stretch before the curl. Both positions in one machine target stretch-dominated and contraction-dominated hamstring strength without a second unit.
Self-Adjusting Roller Pad · Unilateral & Bilateral Prone
The self-adjusting roller pad aligns automatically to the lower leg without manual setup between users of different heights — reducing transition time in commercial environments. Prone position supports both bilateral (both legs) and unilateral (single leg) training, enabling side-to-side strength balance assessment and correction.
Slide Select System · 200 lb Stack · 5 lb Increments
Slide Select System reduces friction points for quiet, fluid resistance feel under load. Single weight system selects in 5 lb increments across a 200 lb stack — precise enough for progressive loading in both standing and prone variations without large resistance jumps.
