Your equipment is palletized and protected. The freight carrier schedules delivery, then uses a liftgate to lower it to your curb or driveway. Moving it inside and unpacking it are up to you.
Inside delivery & assembly
When selected and available for your address, the delivery team brings the equipment into the room, assembles and tests it, then removes the packaging.
Full truckload
For commercial builds and multi-pallet orders, a dedicated trailer keeps the full order together in one delivery. We confirm the unloading plan before the truck ships.

30-Day Returns & Exchanges
Change your mind within 30 days of delivery and you can return the machine or exchange it for a different size, color or configuration.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility and a 15% restocking fee applies to preference returns and exchanges. Freight items must go back packaged to the same standard they arrived in — we will tell you exactly what that means before anything is collected.

The Hammer Strength MTS ISO-Lateral Front Pulldown combines ISO-Lateral independent arm movement with a belt-and-pulley driven system and dual 150 lb selectorized stacks — the front pulldown path pulls the arms down and slightly forward, which follows the natural arc of lat engagement more closely than a straight vertical pulldown and reduces shoulder impingement risk at the top of the movement. ISO-Lateral arms allow each side to move independently, preventing bilateral compensation and producing symmetrical lat and upper back development across both sides.
Belt-and-pulley system delivers fluid, consistent resistance throughout the full pulldown range without mechanical variation. Roller seat adjustment, polyethylene-coated foot platforms, full shrouds, ergonomic non-slip grips. 793 lb 11-gauge steel commercial frame, 48" × 58" footprint, 300 lb max user weight.
