Change your mind within 30 days of delivery and you can return the machine or exchange it for a different size, color or configuration.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility and a 15% restocking fee applies to preference returns and exchanges. Freight items must go back packaged to the same standard they arrived in — we will tell you exactly what that means before anything is collected.

The Hammer Strength ISO-Lateral Low Row uses independent arms with separate weight horns on a low horizontal pull path that complements pressing movements like the decline press — the low row arc specifically targets the lower and middle back musculature that overhead lat pulldowns and high cable rows underload. The ISO-Lateral design means each arm loads and moves independently through its own diverging and converging path, preventing the stronger side from compensating and ensuring equal development across both sides of the back.
The motion path is blueprinted from human pulling mechanics — the arc follows the natural trajectory of horizontal pulling rather than a fixed straight line, keeping joint loading biomechanically correct through the full range. 335 lb plate-loaded 11-gauge steel frame, 50" × 48" footprint. Remanufactured.

Driveway Delivery
- We palletize and protect your equipment, then ship it with a vetted freight carrier anywhere in the lower 48. The driver lowers the pallet to ground level at your curb or driveway, and moving it inside is left to you.
Inside Delivery & Assembly
- Our full-service option, available wherever we deliver. We bring your equipment into the room of your choice on the first floor, assemble it, test it, and take the packaging away with us.
Warehouse Pickup
- Prefer to handle it yourself? Collect your order from our Jarrell, TX warehouse at no cost. Weekdays by appointment, and you will need a trailer or a pickup truck. We will help you load up and get you on your way.
1. What condition is this equipment in?
Every machine is listed as New, Remanufactured or Used, and the condition is shown on this page. Remanufactured equipment is fully disassembled, deep cleaned, repaired or re-parted to factory spec, then tested under load before it ships.
2. What warranty is included?
New and remanufactured equipment are both covered for one year, parts and labor. Extended protection is available on either. Used equipment is sold as-is. We service nationwide, so coverage travels with the machine.
3. How long until it ships?
The ship window for this specific machine is shown above. Remanufactured equipment is rebuilt to order, which is what the lead time covers. We confirm your date in writing once the order is placed.
4. How is it delivered?
Curbside freight anywhere in the lower 48. Inside our Central Texas radius our own crew handles Inside Delivery & Assembly.

Depends on the item. New equipment typically ships unassembled and crated. Remanufactured cardio and strength typically ship fully assembled on a pallet - exceptions may apply on certain machines. Contact us for more information regarding a specific item. Choosing Inside Delivery & Assembly guarantees full assembly in the room of your choice.
5. How long until my order ships?
Lead times vary by item and condition. Every product is marked with a "ship time" at the top of the product page.
