Product details

Commercial-grade equipment, inspected and supported by warranty.

The Hammer Strength ISO-Lateral Incline Press uses independent arms on an optimized incline pressing path — 8 lb starting resistance per arm, scaling to 5 × 45 lb plates per arm. The incline angle directs the press upward and slightly forward, targeting the clavicular head of the pectoralis major (upper chest), anterior deltoids, and triceps — the pressing angle that builds the upper chest thickness that flat pressing alone cannot achieve. ISO-Lateral independent arms allow each side to follow its own natural pressing arc, preventing the dominant side from compensating and producing equal upper chest development across both sides.

The optimized path follows natural incline pressing mechanics rather than a fixed vertical or horizontal arc, keeping shoulder joint loading biomechanically correct through the full extension. Weight plates sold separately. 325 lb plate-loaded commercial frame, 46" × 55" footprint. Remanufactured.
