Product details

Commercial-grade equipment, inspected and supported by warranty.

The Hammer Strength Fixed Pad Glute / Ham delivers vertical and horizontal adjustments, a radiused foot platform for natural ankle positioning, reverse hyper handles, and band pegs — in a walk-through frame. The glute-ham raise is one of the most effective posterior chain exercises available, simultaneously loading the hamstrings at the knee and hip joints through a full eccentric and concentric range that neither leg curl machines nor Romanian deadlifts can replicate alone. The radiused foot platform allows the ankle to move naturally rather than being locked in a fixed dorsiflexed position, which supports proper mechanics through the full hip extension and knee flexion arc. Reverse hyper handles add a second posterior chain movement — reverse hyperextensions — that decompresses the lumbar spine while strengthening the glutes and lower back.

Walk-through frame for easy entry and exit. Band pegs for accommodating resistance. 411 lb commercial Hammer Strength frame, 74" × 34" footprint, 350 lb max user. Remanufactured.

Radiused Foot Platform — Natural Ankle Movement
The radiused foot platform allows the ankle to move naturally through the glute-ham raise arc rather than being locked in a fixed position — supporting proper mechanics through the full hip extension and knee flexion range. Fixed ankle position on standard GHD equipment limits movement quality and can increase Achilles stress under load.
Reverse Hyper Handles & Band Pegs — Training Versatility
Reverse hyper handles enable reverse hyperextensions — a posterior chain movement that decompresses the lumbar spine while strengthening the glutes and lower back simultaneously. Band pegs allow accommodating resistance to be added to glute-ham raises and back extensions for increased intensity and strength-curve loading.
Vertical & Horizontal Adj. · Walk-Through Frame
Vertical adjustments vary resistance and training emphasis; horizontal adjustments fit users across a wide range of body sizes. The walk-through frame design allows easy entry and exit without climbing over the machine — practical in high-traffic commercial environments.
