The FreeMotion Genesis™ F624 Dual Cable Cross is built around independently rotating arms with 12 vertical and 9 horizontal positions per arm — over 100 positioning combinations — and dual swivel pulleys that follow the user's natural motion path for uninterrupted cable travel across virtually any exercise angle. A 3:1 cable ratio (Generation II) delivers the same resistance and travel with fewer weights on the stack, enabling finer incremental loading than standard 1:1 systems.

Dual independent enclosed weight stacks allow two users to train simultaneously at different resistance levels, and independently moving handles open the exercise range further beyond fixed-handle systems. Built from 7-gauge and 11-gauge steel with 16-gauge stainless steel kick plates, electrostatically powder-coated for durability. ADA compliant for wheelchair accessibility. 1,246 lb, 70" × 124" footprint. Contact us for stack specifications. Remanufactured.

Full Body Chest Back Shoulders Arms Core

Independently Rotating Arms — 100+ Positions
Each arm rotates across 12 vertical and 9 horizontal positions independently — over 100 positioning combinations per arm — to accommodate virtually any movement pattern for sport-specific, functional, and rehabilitation training.
Swivel Pulleys · 92" Cable Travel Per Arm
Dual swivel pulleys pivot continuously with user motion for uninterrupted cable travel at any arm position or exercise angle. 92" of cable travel per arm accommodates full extension and flexion across lunges, presses, pulls, and rotational patterns.
3:1 Cable Ratio · Dual Independent Stacks
The Generation II 3:1 cable ratio delivers the same resistance and travel with fewer weight plates — enabling finer load increments than 1:1 systems. Dual independent enclosed stacks allow two users to train simultaneously at completely different resistance levels.
7 & 11-Gauge Steel · Stainless Kick Plates · ADA
7-gauge and 11-gauge steel construction with electrostatic powder coating and 16-gauge stainless steel kick plates protect the base from plate drops and foot strikes. ADA compliant for wheelchair accessibility and inclusive commercial environments.
