The Cybex VR3 Overhead Press delivers a biomechanically engineered pressing arc with contoured handles and an adjustable seat — the movement path is designed to follow the shoulder joint's natural overhead pressing geometry, reducing anterior capsule stress that builds up when a fixed straight-up track forces the shoulder out of its natural arc. Contoured handles orient the wrists for the correct grip angle through the press, and the adjustable seat positions users of all sizes for proper shoulder alignment at the starting position.
