Product details

Commercial-grade equipment, inspected and supported by warranty.

The Cybex VR2 Hip Adduction uses a seated design with an adjustable starting position and comfortable thigh pads to isolate the adductors through a controlled inward arc. The adjustable starting position sets the degree of abduction at the beginning of the movement — a wider start for full-range adductor work, a narrower start for users with limited hip mobility or in rehabilitation. The thigh pads and seat keep the lower body correctly aligned throughout the arc so torso lean or hip shift cannot reduce adductor loading.

Smooth selectorized resistance on a 420 lb commercial VR2 frame in a compact 53" × 28" footprint. Remanufactured.

Adjustable Starting Position — Custom Adduction ROM
Multiple starting positions set the degree of abduction at the beginning of the adduction arc — wider for full-range adductor work, narrower for limited hip mobility or rehabilitation use, customizing range of motion without compromising loading quality through the movement.
Thigh Pads & Seat Alignment — Adductor Isolation
The thigh pads and seat keep the lower body correctly aligned throughout the inward arc — preventing torso lean or hip shift from reducing adductor loading and keeping the movement genuinely isolated to the inner thigh musculature.
