The Cybex VR1 Row / Rear Delt covers seated row and rear deltoid isolation from a single selectorized station — adjustable arms and a chest pad accommodate both the pulling mechanics of the row and the horizontal abduction arc of the rear delt on the same 220 lb stack. The chest pad braces the torso for both functions, removing lower-back involvement from the row and keeping the rear delt isolated through its abduction range without body sway.
