Switching between glide, stride, and climb modes shifts the lower-body muscle emphasis and cardiovascular demand without stopping, covering steady-state cardio through high-intensity interval conditioning from the same machine.
Multi-grip ergonomic handlebars engage the upper body simultaneously for total-body calorie output, and advanced programming options support HIIT, sustained low-impact sessions, and custom protocols. 415 lb commercial R Series frame, 69" × 36" footprint, dedicated 120V/20A circuit required. Inside Delivery & Assembly
- Our full-service option, available wherever we deliver. We bring your equipment into the room of your choice on the first floor, assemble it, test it, and take the packaging away with us.
Warehouse Pickup
- Prefer to handle it yourself? Collect your order from our Jarrell, TX warehouse at no cost. Weekdays by appointment, and you will need a trailer or a pickup truck. We will help you load up and get you on your way.

Depends on the item. New equipment typically ships unassembled and crated. Remanufactured cardio and strength typically ship fully assembled on a pallet - exceptions may apply on certain machines.
