The Cybex Prestige Series Flat Bench is a low-profile, wide-pad flat bench built for versatility across free weight movements — the 17" seat height provides a stable, accessible base for dumbbell pressing, barbell work with a separate rack, flyes, and core movements. The wide back pad provides full back contact through pressing and fly movements, and the low profile makes getting under and off the bench easy between heavy sets.
At 45 lb with a 48" × 24" footprint, this bench is lightweight enough to reposition easily around the training floor while the heavy-duty steel frame handles sustained commercial loading without flex. Remanufactured.

Driveway Delivery
- We palletize and protect your equipment, then ship it with a vetted freight carrier anywhere in the lower 48. The driver lowers the pallet to ground level at your curb or driveway, and moving it inside is left to you.
Inside Delivery & Assembly
- Our full-service option, available wherever we deliver. We bring your equipment into the room of your choice on the first floor, assemble it, test it, and take the packaging away with us.
Warehouse Pickup
- Prefer to handle it yourself? Collect your order from our Jarrell, TX warehouse at no cost. Weekdays by appointment, and you will need a trailer or a pickup truck. We will help you load up and get you on your way.

Reserve a 4′ × 2′ area with an extra foot on each side for movement.

Depends on the item. New equipment typically ships unassembled and crated. Remanufactured cardio and strength typically ship fully assembled on a pallet - exceptions may apply on certain machines.
