The patented arc motion burns calories faster than a traditional elliptical while keeping impact on the joints low, and a 24" stride length supports natural, full-range movement through glide, stride, and climb modes.
With up to 900 watts of resistance and 21 incline levels, this machine covers the full training spectrum from steady-state cardio and weight loss to high-intensity interval conditioning and strength-focused climbing.
