Product details

Commercial-grade equipment, inspected and supported by warranty.

The BUILT Strength Throwback Series Lat Pulldown is engineered around Optimal Strength Curve Technology — a resistance profile calibrated to maintain consistent mechanical loading throughout the entire pulling arc, keeping the lats and upper back under effective tension from full overhead stretch to peak contraction. Converging arms follow a natural inward path that encourages shoulder joint rotation and fuller muscle recruitment than a fixed straight-down bar.

A double-lock seat system with adjustable thigh rollers secures the user without a seat belt — bracing the lower body firmly so heavy pulls can be executed with full power and zero upward body movement. Rotating grip handles allow the wrist to naturally supinate and pronate through the pull, reducing joint strain while keeping tension on the working muscles. Plates load low to the ground and all pads adjust independently for any user size.

Latissimus Dorsi Teres Major Rhomboids
Biceps Brachii Rear Deltoids Trapezius

Optimal Strength Curve Technology
Resistance is calibrated to stay consistent and effective throughout the full pulling arc — no dead spots at the top, no spike at the bottom, just continuous mechanical loading on the lats and upper back from stretch to contraction.
Converging Pull Arms
Arms follow a converging inward arc through the pull — encouraging natural shoulder joint rotation and fuller lat contraction at the bottom of the movement compared to a fixed straight-down bar path.
Double-Lock Seat with Adjustable Thigh Rollers
A double-lock seat system and adjustable thigh rollers anchor the user firmly without a seat belt — bracing the lower body so heavy pulls generate maximum force through the back without any upward body movement.
Rotating Grip Handles
Handles rotate freely to allow natural wrist supination and pronation through the pull — reducing elbow and wrist strain while keeping the pulling muscles under consistent load from overhead to full contraction.
Fully Adjustable Seat, Back Pad & Rollers
Three independent pad adjustments accommodate any user size — seat height, back pad position, and thigh roller height all dial in to maintain proper alignment and consistent pulling mechanics across an entire commercial user base.
Low-Mounted Plate Loading
Weight horns sit low to the ground for ergonomic plate changes — no overhead reaching, no awkward loading angle, keeping weight changes fast and safe across high-volume commercial training sessions.
