Two grip placement options shift pressing emphasis and elbow angle — changing which portion of the deltoid receives primary load — while the natural pressing path keeps the shoulder joint tracking correctly through the full range of motion from start position to lockout.
Knurled 32mm handles provide a secure, controlled grip through heavy pressing sets, and both the range of motion start position and seat height adjust independently for precise user fit. Starting at 18 lb per arm, the machine is accessible for warm-up work and technique development, with plate-loaded resistance supporting unlimited progressive overload beyond that. Four integrated weight storage horns keep plates organized and the training area clean. New.
