The BUILT Strength OG Series Seated Calf Raise isolates the soleus through a seated calf raise movement with a 5.5" adjustable round foot block that enables a deep stretch at the bottom and a powerful contraction at the top of every rep — the full range of motion that seated calf training demands for soleus development. A vertically adjustable knee rest and seat pad accommodate any user size and preferred training position.
Contoured knee pads keep the thighs secure under load, and integrated handles above the pads provide added stability and self-spotting control during heavy sets — allowing athletes to train to near-failure without a training partner. Starting at 20 lb with plate-loaded resistance, the machine covers light technique work through maximal loading with no stack ceiling. New.
