Change your mind within 30 days of delivery and you can return the machine or exchange it for a different size, color or configuration.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility and a 15% restocking fee applies to preference returns and exchanges. Freight items must go back packaged to the same standard they arrived in — we will tell you exactly what that means before anything is collected.

The BUILT Strength Infinite Series Linear Hack Squat is built around a high-performance linear bearing system that eliminates friction across the entire movement — the carriage glides without drag or deviation from the first inch of descent to lockout, letting athletes drive maximum force into the platform without fighting the machine. Two racking positions and adjustable range-of-motion stops give every user precise control over start height and squat depth, from full depth reps to explosive partials.
An extra-large non-slip foot platform supports narrow, wide, staggered, and calf-focused stance variations — opening the full range of quad, glute, and calf emphasis options from a single machine. Starting resistance of 125 lb per arm and a max capacity of 8 × 45 lb plates per arm delivers a loading range serious enough for the strongest athletes in any commercial or performance training facility.

Driveway Delivery
- We palletize and protect your equipment, then ship it with a vetted freight carrier anywhere in the lower 48. The driver lowers the pallet to ground level at your curb or driveway, and moving it inside is left to you.
Inside Delivery & Assembly
- Our full-service option, available wherever we deliver. We bring your equipment into the room of your choice on the first floor, assemble it, test it, and take the packaging away with us.
Warehouse Pickup
- Prefer to handle it yourself? Collect your order from our Jarrell, TX warehouse at no cost. Weekdays by appointment, and you will need a trailer or a pickup truck. We will help you load up and get you on your way.
1. How much clearance do I need behind the machine?
Leave at least 3′ behind for full sled travel and safe mounting/dismounting.
2. Is professional assembly included?
Not by default, but Inside Delivery & Assembly covers it. Choose that option in the shipping calculator or at checkout.
3. How do I maintain moving parts?
Clean rails monthly and apply a light silicone lubricant to moving components every few months.
4. Can I finance my purchase?

Depends on the item. New equipment typically ships unassembled and crated. Remanufactured cardio and strength typically ship fully assembled on a pallet - exceptions may apply on certain machines. 5. How long until my order ships?
