That combination of deep pre-stretch and full contraction is what drives chest hypertrophy, and this machine is built specifically around it.
Independent iso-lateral arms move through their own arc on each side — correcting left-to-right imbalances and building symmetrical pressing power rep by rep. The wide frame comfortably accommodates larger athletes without compromising stability or movement quality, and a starting resistance of just 11 lb per arm keeps early sets genuinely light.
