30-Day Returns & Exchanges
Change your mind within 30 days of delivery and you can return the machine or exchange it for a different size, color or configuration.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility and a 15% restocking fee applies to preference returns and exchanges. Freight items must go back packaged to the same standard they arrived in — we will tell you exactly what that means before anything is collected.
Anything that arrives damaged or fails under warranty is handled separately and carries no restocking fee. Full terms are in our Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy.

The BUILT Strength Foundation Series Smith Machine uses a counterbalanced guided barbell mechanism on a vertical track — the counterbalance reduces the effective bar weight for lighter loading options and warm-up work, while the guided path maintains the bar in a fixed vertical plane throughout every exercise. This allows athletes to train squats, presses, rows, and overhead movements to near-failure without a spotter, and to focus entirely on load rather than bar path management.
Eight integrated weight horns keep plates organized and on the unit, and integrated bar catches allow secure, convenient racking at any point during a set. 542 lb of heavy-duty reinforced steel keeps the machine planted and stable under heavy compound loading. A 49" × 87" footprint serves as a capable centerpiece for commercial gym floors and serious home setups. New.

- We palletize and protect your equipment, then ship it with a vetted freight carrier anywhere in the lower 48. The driver lowers the pallet to ground level at your curb or driveway, and moving it inside is left to you.
Inside Delivery & Assembly
- Our full-service option, available wherever we deliver. We bring your equipment into the room of your choice on the first floor, assemble it, test it, and take the packaging away with us.
Warehouse Pickup
- Prefer to handle it yourself? Collect your order from our Jarrell, TX warehouse at no cost. Weekdays by appointment, and you will need a trailer or a pickup truck. We will help you load up and get you on your way.

Depends on the item. New equipment typically ships unassembled and crated. Remanufactured cardio and strength typically ship fully assembled on a pallet - exceptions may apply on certain machines.
