The BUILT Strength Fractal Series Torso Rotation develops oblique strength and rotational power through a seated rotational movement with an adjustable start position for full-range or limited-range training. The seated position with back pad support keeps the spine correctly aligned throughout the rotation, preventing compensatory lumbar movement and keeping load on the obliques rather than the lower back — the common failure point of poorly designed rotational exercises.

A 160 lb selectorized stack delivers smooth, consistent rotational resistance from light activation and warm-up work through progressive oblique strength loading. The compact 45" × 44" footprint keeps this station space-efficient in any core training area. New.

Controlled Rotational Resistance Path
The guided rotational path keeps the movement controlled and consistent through both left and right rotations — smooth selectorized tension that loads the obliques through the full rotation arc without the instability of cable or bodyweight alternatives.
Adjustable Start Position — Full or Limited Range
Start position adjusts to set either a full range of motion for maximum oblique stretch-to-contraction, or a limited range for controlled partial-rep work — accommodating different training goals and flexibility levels from the same machine.
Ergonomic Seat & Back Pad — Spinal Support
The ergonomic seat and back pad keep the spine correctly aligned throughout the rotation — preventing compensatory lumbar flexion and keeping rotational load on the obliques rather than transferring stress to the lower back.
160 lb Stack · Compact Commercial Frame
A 160 lb selectorized stack delivers the loading range for serious oblique development, and a compact 45" × 44" heavy-duty steel frame keeps the station space-efficient for any core training area or commercial gym layout.
