Switching between angles shifts the loading emphasis from mid-chest on the flat setting through upper chest on the incline through anterior and medial deltoids on the shoulder press, covering the full upper-body pressing spectrum without moving to a different machine.
An adjustable backrest and seat ensure correct alignment for each pressing angle and every user size, and the selectorized resistance system allows quick load adjustments between sets or exercises.
