30-Day Returns & Exchanges
Change your mind within 30 days of delivery and you can return the machine or exchange it for a different size, color or configuration.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility and a 15% restocking fee applies to preference returns and exchanges. Freight items must go back packaged to the same standard they arrived in — we will tell you exactly what that means before anything is collected.
Anything that arrives damaged or fails under warranty is handled separately and carries no restocking fee. Full terms are in our Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy.

The BUILT Strength Air Rower delivers full-body conditioning through air resistance that scales automatically with effort -- pull harder and resistance increases, ease off and it drops back, making every interval and recovery period self-regulating without touching a resistance dial. This makes the Air Rower equally effective for max-effort HIIT sprints, steady-state endurance rowing, and structured interval training from the same machine without any setup change between efforts.
A reinforced rail and handle system keeps the stroke smooth and consistent rep after rep, and at just 58 lb with a compact 91 x 24 inch footprint, this rower moves and stores easily between sessions -- practical for CrossFit boxes, bootcamp spaces, and conditioning circuits where equipment gets repositioned frequently. New.

Driveway Delivery
- We palletize and protect your equipment, then ship it with a vetted freight carrier anywhere in the lower 48. The driver lowers the pallet to ground level at your curb or driveway, and moving it inside is left to you.
Inside Delivery & Assembly
- Our full-service option, available wherever we deliver. We bring your equipment into the room of your choice on the first floor, assemble it, test it, and take the packaging away with us.
Warehouse Pickup
- Prefer to handle it yourself? Collect your order from our Jarrell, TX warehouse at no cost. Weekdays by appointment, and you will need a trailer or a pickup truck. We will help you load up and get you on your way.

Air: variable resistance by stroke power; Water: realistic rowing feel; Magnetic: quiet, preset resistance levels.
2. How often do I replace the chain or strap?
Inspect monthly; replace every 12–18 months based on usage.
3. Is there special flooring needed?
Use a ¼″ rubber mat to protect floors and dampen noise.
4. Do remanufactured rowers carry a warranty?
Yes—a 1 year is standard; extended warranties are available.
5. Can I arrange in-home setup?

Depends on the item. New equipment typically ships unassembled and crated. Remanufactured cardio and strength typically ship fully assembled on a pallet - exceptions may apply on certain machines.
