How customers opt in to SMS

Build A Gym (formerly CTX Home Gyms) collects SMS marketing consent only at checkout. The checkbox labeled "Text me with news and offers" is optional and unchecked by default. Providing a phone number for shipping is not consent. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
