30-Day Returns & Exchanges
Change your mind within 30 days of delivery and you can return the machine or exchange it for a different size, color or configuration.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility and a 15% restocking fee applies to preference returns and exchanges. Freight items must go back packaged to the same standard they arrived in — we will tell you exactly what that means before anything is collected.
Anything that arrives damaged or fails under warranty is handled separately and carries no restocking fee. Full terms are in our Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy.

The Precor TRM 835 Treadmill with P30 Console is built around Precor's Ground Effects® Impact Control System — a deck cushioning system that reduces impact force through each stride without reducing stability or the firm feel serious runners expect underfoot. The 3 HP continuous-duty motor and 0.5 to 16 mph speed range accommodate walking through elite-pace running, and a self-lubricating deck with maintenance-free belt reduces operational overhead in both commercial and private gym settings.
Heavy-duty welded steel construction supports users up to 400 lb, and a 0 to 15% incline range adds hill simulation for both cardio conditioning and posterior chain training. Touch and telemetry-compatible heart rate monitoring, P30 Console with LED readouts, and a 83" × 35" footprint round out a commercial-grade platform professionally remanufactured to commercial standards. Driveway Delivery
- We palletize and protect your equipment, then ship it with a vetted freight carrier anywhere in the lower 48. The driver lowers the pallet to ground level at your curb or driveway, and moving it inside is left to you.
Inside Delivery & Assembly
- Our full-service option, available wherever we deliver. We bring your equipment into the room of your choice on the first floor, assemble it, test it, and take the packaging away with us.
Warehouse Pickup
- Prefer to handle it yourself? Collect your order from our Jarrell, TX warehouse at no cost. Weekdays by appointment, and you will need a trailer or a pickup truck. We will help you load up and get you on your way.
1. What floor space and power supply do I need?
Allow at least 8′ × 4′ of clear floor space and a dedicated A outlet within 6 ft of the machine. We include adapters for standard home outlets with every treadmill shipment.
2. How often should I lubricate and align the belt?
Lubricate monthly (or per manufacturer guidelines) and check belt alignment quarterly to prevent wear and extend life.
3. Can I finance a treadmill purchase?
Yes—as low as 0% APR financing up to 36 month terms is available via Shop Pay on qualifying orders.
4. What delivery and setup options exist?
We offer curbside delivery nationwide, plus Inside Delivery & Assembly if you want it set up for you. Both prices show in the shipping calculator and at checkout.
5. How long is the warranty?
New units carry the full manufacturer warranty; remanufactured units include a 1 year parts and labor warranty. Extended options are available as well!

Depends on the item. New equipment typically ships unassembled and crated. Remanufactured cardio and strength typically ship fully assembled on a pallet - exceptions may apply on certain machines. Contact us for more information regarding a specific item. Choosing Inside Delivery & Assembly guarantees full assembly in the room of your choice.
5. How long until my order ships?
