The BUILT Strength Fractal Series Pec Fly / Rear Delt trains both sides of the upper body's horizontal pulling and pushing planes from a single station — pec fly for anterior chest development and rear delt fly for posterior shoulder and upper back development. Independent pivoting arms move separately on both exercises, enabling unilateral work alongside bilateral training and preventing bilateral compensation from masking individual side weaknesses.
Adjustable range of motion settings accommodate all user heights and flexibility levels across both exercises, and a 220 lb selectorized stack with a wide 668 lb commercial frame delivers the resistance range and structural stability for serious progressive training on both movements. New.

Warehouse Pickup
- Prefer to handle it yourself? Collect your order from our Jarrell, TX warehouse at no cost. Weekdays by appointment, and you will need a trailer or a pickup truck. We will help you load up and get you on your way.
