Unilateral or bilateral training is available on both exercises, enabling single-leg work for addressing strength imbalances alongside standard bilateral loading.
Seat, backrest, and leg rollers all adjust independently to position any user correctly for both exercises before the first rep — 691 lb of commercial-grade construction keeps the machine planted and stable under maximum loading in both positions. New.

Warehouse Pickup
- Prefer to handle it yourself? Collect your order from our Jarrell, TX warehouse at no cost. Weekdays by appointment, and you will need a trailer or a pickup truck. We will help you load up and get you on your way.

5. How long until my order ships?
