Plate-loaded resistance keeps progression open-ended while the guided movement path maintains consistent tension through the full range of motion.
An adjustable pad and footplate accommodate a wide range of body types and stance variations — dialing in precise hip and foot positioning to maximize glute activation and keep the lower back out of the movement. Built from heavy-duty commercial steel in a compact footprint, this machine delivers serious posterior development without demanding serious floor space.

Driveway Delivery
- We palletize and protect your equipment, then ship it with a vetted freight carrier anywhere in the lower 48. The driver lowers the pallet to ground level at your curb or driveway, and moving it inside is left to you.
Inside Delivery & Assembly
- Our full-service option, available wherever we deliver. We bring your equipment into the room of your choice on the first floor, assemble it, test it, and take the packaging away with us.
Warehouse Pickup
- Prefer to handle it yourself? Collect your order from our Jarrell, TX warehouse at no cost. Weekdays by appointment, and you will need a trailer or a pickup truck. We will help you load up and get you on your way.
1. How much clearance do I need behind the machine?
Leave at least 3′ behind for full sled travel and safe mounting/dismounting.
2. Is professional assembly included?
Not by default, but Inside Delivery & Assembly covers it. Choose that option in the shipping calculator or at checkout.
3. How do I maintain moving parts?
Clean rails monthly and apply a light silicone lubricant to moving components every few months.
4. Can I finance my purchase?

Depends on the item. New equipment typically ships unassembled and crated. Remanufactured cardio and strength typically ship fully assembled on a pallet - exceptions may apply on certain machines. Contact us for more information regarding a specific item. Choosing Inside Delivery & Assembly guarantees full assembly in the room of your choice.
5. How long until my order ships?
Lead times vary by item and condition. Every product is marked with a "ship time" at the top of the product page.
