Delivery options
Your item’s shipping method and price are confirmed in the shipping calculator and at checkout. Here is what each delivery path means.
Items weighing 149 lb or less ship by ground parcel rather than freight.
Your equipment is palletized and protected. The freight carrier schedules delivery, then uses a liftgate to lower it to your curb or driveway. Moving it inside and unpacking it are up to you.
When selected and available for your address, the delivery team brings the equipment into the room, assembles and tests it, then removes the packaging.
For commercial builds and multi-pallet orders, a dedicated trailer keeps the full order together in one delivery. We confirm the unloading plan before the truck ships.
Change your mind within 30 days of delivery and you can return the machine or exchange it for a different size, color or configuration.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility and a 15% restocking fee applies to preference returns and exchanges. Freight items must go back packaged to the same standard they arrived in — we will tell you exactly what that means before anything is collected.
Anything that arrives damaged or fails under warranty is handled separately and carries no restocking fee. Full terms are in our Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy.
Coverage and accessories have to go on the same booking as the machine. Add them here and they travel together.
Commercial-grade equipment, inspected and supported by warranty.
The TRUE Fitness Palisade Climber delivers AC drive system, double-braking resistance, 20 resistance levels, one of the deepest steps in the industry, rear steps and integrated side pegs for step-up assistance, dipping handrail, contact and Polar wireless HR, EcoFit asset tracking, 7 programs, and Emerge II LED console — 433 lb commercial frame, 400 lb user capacity, 60.4"×31.5" footprint, 120V, 10-foot ceiling recommended. The Palisade Climber's "one of the deepest steps in the industry" specification refers to the front-to-back depth of each step platform — a deeper step accommodates more of the foot's length on the platform, which reduces the tendency for the heel to hang off the back of the step during the downward phase. Heel hang-off changes the lever arm of the calf and ankle through the stepping arc and introduces Achilles tendon loading that is not present when the full foot is supported. A deeper step also allows users with larger feet to plant securely without consciously positioning their foot on a narrow platform between steps. The double-braking system is the resistance mechanism that uses two independent braking elements rather than one — dual redundancy that provides both finer resistance control and a safety backup if one braking element underperforms. The AC drive system maintains consistent step speed under varying user weight and cadence — the same commercial advantage of AC over DC motor drive that applies across the TRUE Fitness CS900 and XCS900 machines in the catalog. Rear steps and side pegs allow users to mount the machine at rest without the steps moving beneath them, and the dipping handrail provides a grip surface for assisted mounting and dismounting.
Emerge II LED console with 7 programs, HRC cruise control, and EcoFit asset management. Four transport wheels for repositioning. 433 lb TRUE Fitness Palisade commercial frame, 60.4"×31.5" footprint. Remanufactured.
